Not Happy At All!!

I am beyond upset with this purchase. It came with 3 straps which is a great thing...2 crossbody straps and a short one which I absolutely love. The thread came out of the short one and now I can't even use the strap and I do not like crossbody bags. I should've bought me a bag straight from the Coach site.
