It's not a jacket or a shacket-- too thin for that. But it is a thicker shirt, very soft, and could be worn as business/dress or casual. We didn't keep it, because it wasn't what we were looking for, but it's a nice shirt. Bigger than we were hoping for a 10-year-old boy (who is very tall for his age).

Honestly, I was expecting better quality, but I guess it is reasonable for the price. One thing I noticed is that the brand does not seem to have consistency in the materials they use.
